Recently a new Unit – BALI STONE UROLOGY & LAPROSCOPY HOSPITAL has been launched in 

BALI NURSING HOME, under the active supervision of Dr. Shitij Bali, M.B.B.S,M.S., Mch (Urology), a senior and competent urologist.

 

The Latest Dual Shock Electromagnetic Lithotripter has been installed which is first of its kind in northern India and the second in the country. It can disintegrate renal/uretric stones upto 20 mm. in size with no cut/hole made in the body. The dual head provided in the the Machine can break stones from front and back directions hence drastically reducing the number of shocks and time required to do the procedure.

Multiple procedures are done for treating stones in kidney like PCNL, Mini PCNL, antegrade URS and ESWL. Procedures like URS, ESWL and Laparoscopy are undertaken to treat patients with stones in ureter.

CLT and PCCLT are done to treat Patients with stones in Bladder. Latest digital high frequency C-arms are available to aid in doing stone procedures.

TURP and laser treatment are available for patients with an enlarged prostate. The latest uroflow machine is installed for proper diagnosis of severity of symptoms due to an enlarged prostate. OIU, VIU, Endopyelstomy are done to treat patients with stricture urethra and stricture in ureter.

Female patients with stress urinary incontinence are treated with procedures like TVT and TOT. The Urology center has a full time urology team headed by Dr. Shitij Bali enabling a 24*7 care of patients with urological problems.

Latest Laparoscopy instruments are installed in our laparoscopy operation theater to treat patients with gall stones, appendix, hernias any where in the body, ovarian cyst, fibroid uterus and infertility.

Treatment of piles including staples and various procedures to treat patients with fissure are routinely done in our center.
